For her extempore she got a topic called “Education without values makes a cleverer devil”. The panelists and provided time duration was as usual.

For her interview, she was being asked following questions: –

  1. What did you do?
  2. One place where you face a lot of crisis.
  3. Tell me some skills of HR.
  4. Where did you read all these skills from?
  5. Tell me an example where you implemented all these skills.
  6. What are the employee engagement activities?
  7. Do you know any employee engagement model?
  8. Do you know any leadership theory?
  9. Tell me a few motivation theory.
  10. What is Maslow’s theory?
  11. Do you think Maslow’s theory is right or wrong?
  12. Where do you see yourself in Maslow’s theory?
  13. How did you manage a crisis in your organization?
  14. Why do you want HR?
  15. What are left wing and right wing politics?

About panelists, she said that they were very tough to convince easily.

Her interview was for about 20 to 25 minutes overall.
